For letter cards, the colors are laying one at a time. If the business card using only one color, it can be much cheaper unless more colors been added to it (more times through pressing process) then the cost will start racking up. For business card with logo, it is recommended to using the full color type. It much more cheaper than the raised letter type.
In reality, cost usually dictates the biggest part of your decision making process. However, you should consider your IMAGE first. You might find that if you choose the business card that has the best representation of your or your company image, the cost ends up being less than if you choose the wrong one.
